It doesn't matter if you believe you should have received the DUI or not. what matters is that you are taking the next step and doing something about it.
As the first and largest provider of driver improvement programs, our goal here at the National Safety Council is to provide you a confidential environment in which to take that next step, getting you on the road to recovery.
One of only three State of Florida Certified DUI Centers in Broward, we will provide you the initial evaluation required by law and get you registered for the appropriate DUI class. Classes include Level I, Level II and Special Supervision. If you have, or are retaining an attorney, let him/her know you have registered into our program.

General Information
The All Broward DUI School at the Broward National Safety Council provides the required education to satisfy statutory obligations for those receiving a DUI citation or charged with possession of a controlled substance. All fees are set by the state.
The program consists of three levels and each requires personal private evaluations:
* Level I - typically for those on a first offense
* Level II - typically for those on a second offense
* Special Supervision Services - for those needing a restricted license
A Certificate of Completion is provided at the conclusion of the course.

DUI - Level I - 12 Hour Program
Course Description: Court-ordered after a first DUI or felony drug conviction. The program includes three parts:
1) Program enrollment and selection of dates for classes and a separate evaluation.
2) A one-hour individual, private evaluation/interview.
3) Class instruction (two 6-hour classes or three 4-hour classes) involving lecture, videos, discussion, and group interaction. Class size is limited to 30 students.
Cost: $215.00; Payment Plan Available.

Copy of citation or copy of police report
Court order for drug conviction

DUI - Level II - 21 Hour Program
Course Description: Court-ordered for individuals with a previous DUI conviction or for those who have already taken the DUI Level I program. The program includes three parts:
1) Program enrollment and selection of dates for classes and a separate evaluation.
2) A one-hour individual, private evaluation/interview.
3) Class instruction (two 8 1/2 -hour classes plus one 4-hour class) involving lecture, videos, discussion, and group interaction. Class size is limited to 15 students.
Cost: $335.00; Payment Plan Available.

Copy of citation or copy of police report
Court order for drug conviction
